TEST KIT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All BIOInsight™ test kit sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If sample recollection is required, a replacement collection kit will be provided at no additional cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• For shipments marked as "delivered" but not received, please use your tracking number to open a case with the corresponding shipper (e.g., UPS or USPS). The shipper is responsible for reimbursing lost shipments.
• The 365-day "empty bottle" return policy applies to eligible BIOLabs PRO® products, excluding BIOInsight™ test kits. This policy applies to eligible products returned after the standard 30-day return period and is limited to one return per unique product within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. For example, you may return three different eligible products within the year, but not three of the same product.
