Terms and Conditions:

By becoming a BIOLabs PRO® “Private Label” partner, purchaser agrees to the following:

1. BIOLabs PRO® retains the rights to the formulas for the products purchased.

2. 100 unit minimum purchase per product.  For custom formulated products, a product formulation fee and custom pricing will need to be agreed upon separately.

3.  When invoiced, 50% due upon receipt.  50% due upon shipment.  Net 30 terms.

4. As part of this purchase, you (including subsidiaries or customers) agree to not sell these products on any major online marketplace such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Facebook or Google Marketplaces.

This does not apply for custom formulated products.

5.  Shipping charges to be incurred by Buyer or billed separately.

Turnaround time for Private Label is typically 2-3 weeks, not including custom label design work.

WHOLESALE:

By becoming a BIOLabs PRO® “Wholesale” partner, purchaser agrees to the following:

1. BIOLabs PRO® retains the rights to the formulas for the products purchased.

2. 10 unit minimum purchase per product. 

Discounts go up as quantity ordered goes up (with limitations).  Please see wholesale price guide for more information.

3.  When invoiced, 50% due upon receipt.  50% due upon shipment.  Net 30 terms.

4.  As part of this purchase, you agree to not sell these products on any major online marketplace such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Facebook or Google Marketplaces.

5.  *MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) enforcement is necessary for any BIOLabs PRO® labeled products as part of this order.

Turnaround time for wholesale order is 7-10 business days unless otherwise communicated.
