Shipping Terms

FOB Shipping.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. BIOLabs PRO® does not guarantee shipping delivery times.

 

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing the above-mentioned products, the purchaser agrees to the following:

  • Formula Ownership: BIOLabs PRO® retains all rights to the formulas for the products listed above.
  • Order Minimums: A 500-unit minimum purchase per product is required for private label orders.
  • Pricing Policy: No Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) enforcement is required for BIOLabs PRO® private label products, as they are considered custom formulations and not wholesale items.
  • Marketplace Restrictions: As part of this private label agreement, the purchaser agrees not to sell these products on major online marketplaces, including but not limited to Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Facebook Marketplace, or Google Marketplaces.

 

Manufacturing & Production Timeline

Manufacturing typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on order size and raw material availability. If label design and printing services are required, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for design, printing, and shipping.

 

Order Finalization Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final. No modifications, cancellations, or alterations can be made. This policy ensures timely fulfillment and proper ingredient sourcing.

 

Refund & Product Testing Policy

All private label orders are final and not eligible for refunds.

We strongly encourage all partners to request and test product samples before placing bulk orders to ensure satisfaction. BIOLabs PRO® is not responsible for product dissatisfaction if testing is not conducted prior to selling.

Pricing Adjustments: Prices are subject to change for future orders based on raw material costs, production changes, and other factors.


WHOLESALE

Terms and Conditions

By becoming a BIOLabs PRO® “Wholesale” partner, purchaser agrees to the following:

  1. BIOLabs PRO® retains the rights to the formulas for the products purchased.
  2. 10 unit minimum purchase per product. 
    1. Discounts go up as quantity ordered goes up (with limitations).  Please see wholesale price guide for more information.
  3. 50% due upon receipt within 30 days (net 30).  The remaining 50% due when the product is ready to be shipped.
  4. As part of this purchase, you agree to not sell these products on any major online marketplace such as Walmart.com, Amazon.com, Facebook or Google Marketplaces.
  5. FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point) - buyer assumes all risk once the seller ships the product. The buyer is responsible if the goods are damaged or lost while in transit.
  6. *MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) enforcement is necessary for any BIOLabs PRO® labeled products as part of this order.

Turnaround time for wholesale order is 7-10 business days unless otherwise communicated.
