How At-Home Testing Works

From Sample Collection to Your Personalized Hormone Blueprint™ Report

Wondering what happens after you order a BIOInsight™ test? Here's how we turn a simple at-home sample into meaningful wellness insights.

Have you ever considered testing your hormones, only to stop because the process sounded complicated?

Maybe you pictured scheduling an appointment.

Sitting in a waiting room.

Having multiple vials of blood drawn.

Then receiving a page full of laboratory numbers that you don't really understand.

BIOInsight™ was created to make the experience different.

Our goal is to make hormone wellness testing convenient enough to complete from home and educational enough that your results actually mean something to you.

Today, we're taking you behind the scenes.

From collecting your sample...

to laboratory analysis...

to receiving your personalized Hormone Blueprint™ Report.

Here's how the BIOInsight experience works.

STEP 1

Choose the Test That Fits Your Wellness Goals

Not everyone needs the same information.

That's why BIOInsight offers different testing options depending on what you're hoping to better understand.

You may want to explore:

Menopause Wellness
Estradiol, FSH and LH

Men's Essential Hormone Wellness
A focused look at key biomarkers including Free Testosterone, Cortisol and DHEA-S

Women's Essential Hormone Wellness
A focused panel including reproductive and stress-related hormone biomarkers

Advanced Men's Wellness
Our comprehensive panel examining 12 biomarkers across testosterone, adrenal, thyroid and overall wellness

Advanced Women's Wellness
Our most comprehensive women's panel examining 13 biomarkers across reproductive, adrenal, thyroid and overall wellness

Vitamin D Wellness
A simple focused measurement of your Vitamin D status

There isn't one "best" test.

There's simply the test that provides the information most relevant to where you are today.

STEP 2

Collect Your Sample From Home

Once your BIOInsight kit arrives, everything you need to collect your sample is included.

Depending on the panel you've selected, collection may involve:

Saliva Collection

Our Essential Men's and Women's panels use convenient saliva collection.

It's non-invasive, straightforward, and can be completed from home by following the included instructions.

Finger-Stick Collection

Some focused panels, including our Vitamin D testing option, use a small finger-stick blood sample.

Arm Collection + Saliva

Our most comprehensive Men's and Women's Vitality Panels use an at-home arm collection device along with saliva collection to obtain the different samples required for the panel.

Whatever testing option you choose, clear instructions are included to guide you through the process.

No traditional laboratory waiting room.

No complicated scheduling.

Just a convenient collection process designed around your home.

STEP 3

Send Your Sample to the Laboratory

Once collection is complete, simply package your sample according to the included instructions and return it using the provided shipping materials.

Your sample is then sent for professional USA-based laboratory analysis.

This is an important part of the BIOInsight philosophy.

We want the convenience of at-home testing without losing the confidence that comes from professional laboratory analysis.

STEP 4

Your Biomarkers Are Analyzed

This is where your sample becomes information.

Depending on your selected panel, the laboratory may evaluate biomarkers such as:

Estradiol

Progesterone

Testosterone

Cortisol

DHEA-S

FSH

LH

SHBG

Thyroid biomarkers

Vitamin D

and others.

But receiving laboratory numbers is only part of the BIOInsight experience.

Because we realized something very early:

A number isn't especially useful if you don't understand what it represents.

STEP 5

Meet Your Personalized Hormone Blueprint™ Report

This is where BIOInsight goes beyond simply handing you laboratory results.

Your personalized Hormone Blueprint™ Report is designed to help transform complex biomarker information into something easier to understand.

Rather than seeing only:

Estradiol: X

or

Testosterone: X

you receive educational context designed to help explain what each biomarker represents and how it fits into the larger wellness picture.

Your report includes:

Your Individual Biomarker Results

See the actual measurements generated from your sample.

Reference Information

Understand how your results compare with the reference information provided with your testing.

Educational Biomarker Explanations

Learn what Estradiol, Testosterone, Cortisol, DHEA-S, Vitamin D and other tested biomarkers actually do.

Personalized Wellness Insights

Receive educational information relevant to the biomarkers measured in your individual panel.

Suggested Next Steps

Use your results as a starting point for additional education and, when appropriate, a more informed conversation with your healthcare professional.

Because this isn't simply about numbers.

It's about understanding what your body may be telling you.

From Guessing to Understanding

This is ultimately why we created BIOInsight™.

Many people reach midlife and begin noticing changes.

Energy feels different.

Sleep changes.

Recovery changes.

Women may begin navigating perimenopause or menopause.

Men may become more curious about testosterone and healthy aging.

And it's very easy to start guessing.

"Maybe my testosterone is low."

"Maybe it's estrogen."

"Maybe it's cortisol."

"Maybe I need more Vitamin D."

But symptoms alone rarely tell the entire story.

Testing doesn't diagnose the cause of every change, and laboratory results should always be interpreted in the appropriate context.

But testing can give you something guessing cannot:

Objective information about your own biomarkers.

That information can help move you from uncertainty toward understanding.

Your Results Are a Starting Point, Not the Finish Line

One of the most important things we want every BIOInsight customer to understand is this:

Your Hormone Blueprint™ isn't intended to diagnose you.

It's designed to educate you.

Use your results to learn more about your body.

Ask better questions.

Track changes when appropriate.

And bring concerning symptoms or laboratory results to a qualified healthcare professional who can interpret them within your broader health picture.

At BIOLabs PRO, we believe one of the most powerful things you can do for your wellness is become an informed participant in it.

BIOInsight was created to make that easier.

Three Steps. One Clearer Picture.

1. Collect

Complete your sample collection conveniently from home.

2. Send

Return your sample for professional laboratory analysis.

3. Understand

Receive your personalized Hormone Blueprint™ Report and begin learning what your biomarkers can tell you.

It's that simple.
